Arbitration and ADR

In addition to ordinary civil litigation in all courts and instances of trial, the Firm assists and defends clients both in alternative and non-contentious dispute resolution procedures, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.

In particular:

• assisted negotiation of a settlement («negoziazione assistita»);
• mediation;
• procedures before mediation and settlement councils, authorities, and similar bodies;
• arbitrations, both ad hoc and administered.
